I'm kaija. I build Arlo AI — a family of open-source projects for running AI agents on your own machine, with no vendor backend in between.
Most of my work sits in the backend and the infrastructure under it: Rust and Go where things have to be fast, Python where things have to be clear, Terraform for everything holding it up.
This blog is where the reasoning goes. The decisions behind the code, the constraints that shaped them, and the approaches that did not work.
Posts are written in English, 繁體中文 and 日本語. Not every post exists in all three — where a translation is missing, the index says so and links to the version that exists.
